Pilates Studio are 1 hour sessions using our beautiful Balanced Body studio equipment which include a studio reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel and wunda chair.
Sessions can be private, duet or group which is up to 5 people.
These classes focus on posture and alignment with correct activation of your core. They also focus on leg and arm toning and strengthening. These sessions are suitable for beginners through to advanced. Our pilates studio sessions are a great combination of the traditional exercises devised by Joseph Pilates as well as more recent exercises designed by physiotherapists.
Wear comfortable clothes and socks.
